Liam’s responsibilities at the Carbon Trust include managing the wakes and wind resource working group of Carbon Trust’s Offshore Wind Accelerator as well as the Offshore Renewables Joint Industry Project (ORJIP) for offshore wind, which aims to reduce consenting risk for offshore wind developments to enable the industry to meet capacity targets by 2030. Liam also works on projects providing advisory services to organisations operating across the global offshore wind market.
