Offshore wind offshore renewable energy industry joint program (ORJIP) is a collaborative project, the aim is to:
- Funding for research to improve our understanding of offshore wind of the Marine environment impact
- Reduce the offshore wind development risk from project approval failed or delayed

The first stage
